Soumya Shanker is a Partner of Stratage Law Partners. He has over 11 years of experience advising clients on investments and commercial transactions.

He has advised clients in investments, funds formation, shareholder disputes, family arrangements, regulatory matters and on a range of corporate laws. He has also advised several developers and investors on the funding of real estate projects and the preparation of works contracts.

Soumya has acted across a wide variety of sectors, such as renewable energy, hospitality, real estate, healthcare, food processing and financial services.

Soumya has graduated with an arts degree and a law degree from the West Bengal National University of Juridical Sciences.

Prior to Stratage, he has worked in leading law firms in India.
