He has over 18 years of experience in advising clients on investment and structured transactions, private equity, M&A and anti-trust issues. He also assists clients in pre-litigation / conflict management strategies. He is actively involved in transactions and resolutions driven pursuant to the Insolvency & Bankruptcy law in India.

- Advised Seven Island Shipping and its promoters in relation to a primary and secondary fund raise from Fairfax.
- Advised IvyCap Ventures for its investment in eShakti.com.
- Advised the Neev Fund in relation to its investment in a Noida based Solar Developer and a Multi-jurisdictional Waste Disposal Company.
- Advised IvyCap Ventures, Mayfield Ventures and Orios Ventures for to its investment in Taskbob – a home services B2C platform company.
- Advised a leading private equity investor in its pre-IPO investment in a Future Group entity.
- Advised a group of promoters in relation their stake sale in a pharmaceutical company to Adcock Africa.
- Advised on multiple private equity transactions including QSR chain-BiryaniByKilo, peer-to-peer lending platform-Lendbox, bakery company and a SAAS company, B2B pharma platform and related investments.
